design: charles rennie mackintosh

charles rennie mackintosh was born in dennistoun, glasgow in 1868. He attended evening classes at the glasgow school of art from 1883 to 1894 and this undoubtedly had a stimulating effect on him, with the influence of fellow apprentice james herbert macnair.
